昨年秋、ベルリンの路面電車の沿線を紹介する番組の撮影に、こちらで働く友人達と出演しました。
22日の夜、日本で放映になるそうです
。
撮影には，ベルリンでライター、コーディネーターとして活躍される河内秀子さんからのご紹介
で参加しました。
秀子さんとは長いおつきあいなのですが、今回初めてお仕事を間近で拝見し、
敏腕振りと流石の探究心、瞳きらきら度に驚きました。彼女が映っていないのが残念です！

さて、番組中に映るかと思います私のアトリエがあるのは、旧東ベルリンのミッテ地区なの
ですが、実はベルリンの路面電車というのは、旧東側しか走っていないのです。
だから、番組もベルリン紹介なのですが旧東側がメインかと思われます。
旧東、といいますが、もちろん西側諸国に対する東側という意味ですので，
ベルリンが街の真ん中で東西に分けられていた訳ではないことは、
宝塚で麻路さきさんの「国境の無い地図」をご覧になった世代の方々はご存知かと思います！

 撮影した頃は、12月にあった公演の稽古が始まったばかりで、稽古場近くのパン屋さんやヴィーガンマー
ケットを巡り、カメラさん達はHausSchwarzenberg/ハウス•シュバルツェンベルグを撮影され、
最後には、上の階にあるうちのアトリエで、ヴィーガンピザ・パーティーをしました。
パーティーには、親友で、この3年来続けているMovement & Sound Improvisationというプロジェクトの仲間
でもある
カルロスとフェルナンド、菅田浩徳さん、外山綾子さん、師匠のトミー•パーソネンを通じでのお知
り合いのKaty Kavanaughさん、そして
、宝塚ベルリン公演時からの、私が一番お世話になっているお友達の
六草いちかさんと、娘のビビアンちゃん等々、沢山の友人が遊びに来てくれました。
いちかさんは、ベルリンに住んでいる人なら誰でも知っている生活情報サイト、べるりんねっと７８９をさ
れていますが、昨今、森鴎外の「舞姫」の新説を打ち立てられ，日本でも鴎外ファンの中では大変な話題に
なっているそうです。
はてさて、短い番組の中ですが、私たちの大好きな街ベルリンを楽しんで頂けたらと思います。

And, on this Thursday 22nd January will be A happy&busy day.
Last October my friend Hideko Kawachi asked me&my friends to introduce Berlinfor a TV show in Japan,
  We walk around the east side Berlin through Tram, and had a Vegan Pizza Party with Carlos & Fernando, Atsuko&Vivian, Katy, Suga, Ayako, and other friends.  And it will be shown on this 22nd in Japan.

今週はファッションウィークです。お洒落な人達が何だかどっと街に溢れるベルリンです。
さて、この1月22日の夜、タンツファブリックでピラテスをパキッと教えてから、
バーTAUSAND(タウザンド)であるHula Hut & the Seven Seas（フラフット）のライブに出演します。
今回は、ウクレレ担当のパトリックが、お父さん休暇中（ドイツですねー）なので、
コントラバスのデレクが助っ人にやってきます。
これがまた素晴らしい助っ人さんで、助っ人という名のバンドメンバーになられる事確実です。
私はセカンドセットに、ハワイアン•チューンを10曲程歌いに行きます。
フラフットとは、クラシックと言っても良い様な20年代、30年代の曲を目指していて大変難しいのですが、
日本舞踊の台詞の喉の使い方に共通する事もあり（ヨーデルもですね）、まだまだ歌い続けて行きたいと思っています。

あけましておめでとうございます。
2015年が皆様にとって素晴らしい一年でありますよう。
旧年中はありがとうございました。
クリスマス休暇を利用して、3年振りに日本に戻っていました。
10日間と短期間でしたが、久しぶりの関西で家族と過ごせ、本当に嬉しい毎日でした。
今年もご縁のある方々と、仕事に遊びにしっかり向き合って進んでゆきます。
本年もよろしくお願いいたします。

Happy New Year 2015!

I’ve been visiting my family in Osaka for 10 days.
10 days is too short to meet friends or acquaintances and I decided just stay with family this time.
Unfortunately my brother’s cat (19 years old!!) got sick and couldn’t seen Toto, my brother and his family this time.I hope Toto get better again, he is indeed one of my best friend in Tokyo.
Both of my parents is from Kyoto and there are lot’s of relatives still live there.
I couldn’t succeed to visit them all but instead I went to some of my favorite places, temples and shrines.
 
Dear friends, thank you so much for your friendship,kindness, and encouragement in 2014.
May this year will be beautiful and happy for all of us and the world.

  Monday 15th December was the last show of A+B Tanzbau
“Die Ausnahme Episode III – Das Ende des Helden” 
 We had really good luck with PA(sound technicians) Vicki Schmatolla & Ludwig, with their good help and our trust on them,
we could try all the things we wanted. Thank you thank you!!! 
And also thank for the audiences and the people from the theater Ballhaus Naunynstrasse.

 THEN, right after the show has done me & my co-musician Moritz Gagern brought all the material into his studio to record some demo on.

Ballhaus Naunynstrasse – Die Ausnahme Episode III

I join the dance company A+B tanzbau as a musician/performer since the company’s first piece in
2012. This is our third piece.
Mercedes & Florian got an idea changing the creating process for the piece.
If i compare with the last piece, it was much playful, and in the same time very challenging difficult
process we have tried.
Die Ausnahme Episode II last year, we had written script and scenes, and theater set was a room
with big walls and a bed/over 40 cushions. It was like a closed room.
And music had to done following the script and movements they created, was, as usual, not easy.
For example, I don’t know how many hours my co-musician Moritz Gagern had to spend to
compose just a short piano solo, fixing with all the tiny movements.
And this time, Florian & Mercedes got the idea that we kept our creative process open and playful as
far as we could, no walls, no script, and the Dancers and Musicians should be stay in the parallel
world. Creating a parallel and polyphonic world with dance and music has been my big interest since
2011, but, this “keep it open” process was for me not easy, my curiosity got the better of fear but not easy.. 
As soon as someone start fixing something, other said “non non non!, we should play little more!”.
And this kind process brought me and Moritz in special friendly and funny tension, we play so much in fun indeed.
I got often nervous feeling, ” can we really bring this piece done before the premier?”
Moritz and me got very heavy last spurt in the last 2 weeks, but also there are moments, things very
very quickly done, also I was try to imagine me as a genius kid, not a person over 40 who knows how the things should be done or so.

I had to think, I’m a freelancer, why I so often put myself into a tiny box to drive me into creation?
What’s happen if I work in this process more often? 

Florian and Mercedes’s requests for music ware often funny like “dadadadadada, and then,
chya, chya, chya, and the music goes “gogogogogogoggo…..!” , we got like “…….”,  next to us
our dramaturge Boris stand in a smile, and gives us a small tip what he think about..
There were some more tings but I got to go theater soon and put my fingers off the keyboard.

On September 27th, I join a art evening in a country side.
A nicely decayed old castle Rossin was the venue,
and the 10 artists from different field worked together.
９月27日、２００㌔近く離れた郊外にパフォーマンスに行ってきました。
１０人の色んなジャンルのアーティストが招待されての一晩限りのイベントは、古いお城で催されました。

It was a middle of nowhere, I wondered who’ve gonna visit us, but there are
many local people and people from other cities came.
「こんな遠くに誰がやってくるんだろう？」と密かに思っていたのですが、流石はドイツ、近郊の町から色んな方々が遊びにきて下さいました。


And this was the room I got for my sound performance.
一目で心を奪われたお部屋で演奏させて頂きました。

Mr. Michael Hirsch made unforgettable lovely solo performance.
And he was the composer of the opera piece from Achim Freyer which I saw years ago. I am really impressed by how he do symphony work to a solo performance in such a quality!!! 
とんでもなく素晴らしいソロ・サウンドパフォーマンスを披露されたミヒャエル・ヒルシュさんです。
数年前に観に行った、巨匠アキム・フレイヤーさんの不思議なオペラもミヒャエル氏の作品だったとうかがって、、、、。もう言葉が出ませんでした。
ご縁に、感謝です。

長年のお知り合い、シャンダナさんのパフォーマンスです。
男の子がすっかり魅了されちゃってずんずん空間に入って行きました。

Our host Christian introduced the wall with layered wall-paper with old news papers from 19century.
ホストのクリスチャンさんに案内してもらったお部屋には、
何層にもなった壁紙の裏には１８００年代の新聞が垣間見えます。

Bernd Wolf’s painting.
I was surprised to heard from his wife that he passed few years ago.
His paintings were vivid as the greens out side the window,
as if the ideas he had and the time he painted suddenly got the brightness again.
数年前に亡くなられたバーンド・ヴォルフさんのペインティングが、
朽ちた壁と外の鮮やかな緑の間に、何と言うか、咲いていました。

Her intuitive process of creation was fun to watch.
オートルン・スタンツェルさんの踊りながら描くパフォーマンスです。

Then, behind the just finished paintings, Chandana started her second performance.
It was a moment with the feeling of the transition of the day, beacutiful.
そして、完成した絵の向こうで始まるシャンダナの２回目のパフォーマンス。
一日の移り変わりを感じる瞬間でした。

And, this was my room after my second performance….

I actually miss to take photo of Ms.Marion Buchmann’s video art.

I’ve been chaotic schedule as usual.
It’s always occur because i’m not really understood how i am slow.
I don’t grasp about how much i have to spend time to make a thing in quality.
It’s really not nice!
One day in early summer, my dear friend César Maneghetti sent me how Italians work.
It’s exactly I’ve done or even worse.

相変わらず、むだに忙しい毎日でした。
お仕事から日常生活の些細な家事まで、まだまだどれにどれほどの時間がかかるのか理解していないで範囲を広げてしまう自分を反省しています。
友人のセザールがイタリア人（彼）の仕事がどんな風に進んで行くか、イラストを送ってくれました。まさにこんなかんじ。
