Serendipity – Sound-Bath

Serendipity – A 90Min. Sound-bathing

— Sound Meditation and Voicing —

Have you ever immersed your body in sound, like bathing in moonlight?
It is a moment of stillness, embraced by gentle vibrations.
Sound and light, after all, are vibrations that resonate within us.
And just as we tremble with joy and sadness, our bodies continually respond to the subtle oscillations of emotion.
Perhaps vibration itself is a form of happiness.
As the year comes to a close, we invite you to a 90-minute deep sound meditation.
In the serene space of Tamaro, we will first attune to the delicate vibrations of the air surrounding and permeating us through singing. Embracing this subtle resonance, we will then meditate with the soothing tones of singing bowls.
